About Us
The Credit Insurance Source provides specialized credit insurance guidance for manufacturers, wholesalers, and service companies seeking protection against buyer non-payment. A credit insurance policy can insure sellers against losses caused by customer bankruptcy, insolvency, inability to pay, or non-payment due to foreign country political events.
In addition to risk mitigation, credit insurance is a valuable management tool that can support safer sales growth and increased borrowing capabilities by transferring credit risk to an insurer.
Stuart Schechter brings extensive experience in credit insurance, finance, borrowing requirements, credit, and collections. His background includes 16 years as a credit insurance agent with American Credit Indemnity, which became Euler Hermes, the largest credit insurer in the world.
He also served for 5 years as a credit insurance agent with Continental Insurance, which became Coface. In these roles, he was responsible for developing new business opportunities, negotiating with clients and insurance companies, and servicing clients throughout the life of the relationship.
